Workers’ Compensation Experience
Decades of Experience in Workers’ Compensation Matters
I have been helping people for nearly twenty-five years who have been injured on-the-job. Unlike many workers’ compensation lawyers, I also handle various other personal injury matters, which provides me with additional experience and knowledge that I apply to help injured workers.
But perhaps more significant, my father became disabled from work when I was in high school, so I have real-life experience of how life-altering injuries can affect someone as a whole, as well as their families.
For many injured workers, dealing with a workers’ compensation claim is a frustrating process, and for some, it is downright scary. After an on-the-job injury, questions start to arise: Will I get paid while I am out of work? What happens if I can’t go back to work? What are my rights and obligations? Will I get fired if I file a workers’ compensation claim?
